You must own the rights needed to distribute the submitted work or have written authorization from the applicable rights holder. Do not submit pirated, stolen, unauthorized, or unlawfully copied material.
Titles, subtitles, author names, contributor credits, descriptions, categories, edition information, language, and other metadata must be accurate and not misleading.
Artwork must be suitable for digital display and must not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights. GiftedPages4U may request alternate assets for technical or platform-display reasons.
GiftedPages4U may reject or remove unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, technically unsafe, intentionally deceptive, or policy-incompatible content. We may also decline content for quality, formatting, metadata, platform fit, or operational reasons.
If AI was materially used to create text, narration, images, translations, or other elements, the author remains responsible for having all rights necessary to submit and distribute the result. GiftedPages4U may request disclosure of material AI use when relevant to rights, attribution, quality, or platform requirements.
Authors may propose pricing where supported. GiftedPages4U may establish pricing ranges, promotional pricing, subscription participation, or other commercial terms under the Author Agreement.
Authors should promptly report significant errors, rights disputes, changed ownership, or updated files affecting continued distribution.
GiftedPages4U may perform technical and editorial review and request corrections. Review does not make GiftedPages4U responsible for the author's rights, factual claims, or content accuracy.
Not every accepted work will be available through every device or format. Roku, Alexa, web, and future platform availability depend on rights, technical compatibility, and product readiness.
