Purchasing, subscribing to, receiving, redeeming, or otherwise accessing digital content does not transfer copyright ownership to the customer.
Customers receive only the limited personal-use access rights described in the Terms of Service and applicable purchase terms.

Making a work available through GiftedPages4U experiences on Roku, Alexa, connected televisions, voice platforms, or other supported devices does not change the underlying copyright ownership.
Independent-author content may be distributed through those channels only to the extent the Author Publishing Agreement or other applicable license grants GiftedPages4U the rights necessary for that distribution.
Anyone submitting content to GiftedPages4U must have the legal authority to submit and authorize use of that material. Submission does not transfer ownership unless a separate agreement expressly says so.
GiftedPages4U may request proof of ownership, licensing, permissions, releases, or other rights documentation.
Authors and creators remain responsible for ensuring that any AI-assisted or AI-generated text, narration, artwork, translation, music, or other material they submit can lawfully be used and distributed.
GiftedPages4U does not guarantee that use of AI tools automatically creates copyright ownership or eliminates third-party rights concerns.
GiftedPages4U names, logos, branding, and other source identifiers may be protected by trademark or related laws. No license to use GiftedPages4U branding is granted except as expressly authorized.
